Essential job functions, duties, and responsibilities
1. Collaborate with department heads to understand and fulfil PAN India staffing requirements.
2. Manage the end-to-end Talent acquisition process - from manpower planning and drafting job
descriptions to releasing offer letters.
3. Oversee pre-onboarding and onboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is in place.
4. Stay informed on company policies, employee benefits, and employment regulations.
5. Keep HRMS employee records updated in real-time and verify data accuracy at the end of each
month.
6. Contribute fresh ideas and insights to enhance and streamline recruitment strategies and
processes.
7. Lead engaging induction sessions and ensure a positive onboarding experience by helping new
hires feel welcomed, informed, and well-integrated into the organization.
Knowledge, Experience & Skillsets
1. Bachelors degree with a Master’s in Human Resources or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role preferably
within the liquor or beverage industry.
3. Proficient in MS Office.
4. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
5. Strong time management, organizational, and negotiation abilities.
6. Self-starter and collaborative team player, with a proactive attitude and positive mindset.
