About the Company:

Australian Finance and Mortgage Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
process from sourcing, screening, shortlisting, conducting interviews, and onboarding candidates.
Understand and fulfill hiring requirements for
Australian Loan Processing / Mortgage
and other finance-related roles.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to define position requirements and candidate profiles.
Source potential candidates through
LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals
.
Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess communication skills, technical expertise, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up through each stage of the process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Handle offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Support HR activities such as induction, documentation, and employee engagement when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience
in recruitment (experience in
Australian process
or
Finance domain hiring
preferred).
Strong understanding of job portals, Boolean search, and social media hiring.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
