Role & responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers:
Work with managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
Write clear, accurate job descriptions and post them on job boards, social media, and the company website.
Source candidates:
Actively search for candidates using professional networks like LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and applications:
Review resumes to identify and shortlist qualified candidates who meet the job criteria.
Conduct interviews:
Perform initial phone or video screenings and coordinate further interviews with the hiring team.
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS):
Maintain candidate records and ensure the hiring process is tracked efficiently.
Extend offers and negotiate:
Extend job offers to successful candidates and manage the negotiation process.
