Human Resource Recruiter

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to lead and execute bulk hiring initiatives for Optometrists across multiple locations. This role demands a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on experience in high-volume healthcare recruitment. The ideal candidate will be adept at sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified professionals while maintaining a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Bulk Hiring Strategy & Execution

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for Optometrist roles across regions, ensuring timely closures
• Collaborate with business heads to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment plans accordingly
• Manage multiple hiring drives, walk-ins, and campus outreach programs for volume hiring

Sourcing & Screening

• Leverage job portals, social media, referrals, and healthcare networks to build a strong candidate pipeline
• Conduct initial screenings to assess clinical qualifications, communication skills, and role fit
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate trackers and dashboards

Stakeholder & Candidate Engagement

• Coordinate with regional managers and hiring panels to schedule interviews and finalize selections
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
• Liaise with onboarding and HR operations teams to facilitate smooth joining processes

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–6 years of experience in bulk or healthcare recruitment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment dashboards
