Roles and Responsibilities Source and attract top talent through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and internal databases. Conduct initial screening of resumes to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements for open positions. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with qualified candidate pools. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and offers made.
