Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication. Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs. Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to improve overall customer satisfaction.
