Job Description

Job Title:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Recruitment Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports
Learn and adapt to new recruitment tools and techniques

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply

THIS POSITION IS FOR A HR CONSULTANCY BASED AT PANCHKULA ,

WORKING TIME

MONDAY TO FRIDAY:- 9:30 - 6:00 PM

SATURDAYS -9:30 -5:30 PM

4TH SATURDAY- HALF DAY
