Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through headhunting, bulk hiring, mass recruitment, non-IT recruitment, sourcing, and end-to-end recruitment. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for open positions. Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new employees. Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in recruitment consulting or a related field. Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships. Proficiency in using various tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or other similar platforms for sourcing candidates.
