About the Role:

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define effective recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.).
Conduct candidate assessments, coordinate interviews, and provide timely feedback.
Plan and support employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture and retention.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and improve the overall candidate and employee experience.

Preferred candidate profile

2 - 3 years of experience in recruitment.
Exposure to employee engagement activities or initiatives.
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to talent management.
