Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Recruiter with expertise in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) hiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for voice, non-voice, and blended process roles across international BPO operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through portals, social platforms, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.
Manage walk-ins and drive bulk hiring drives.
Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.
Collaborate with vendors for hiring or even travelling to their location to ensure more profiles and swift closures

Requirements:

1+ years of BPO hiring experience, Volume hiring.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable handling volume and working in a fast-paced environment.
Working in EMEA shift with extended working hours
Preferred location near hinjewadi
