Human Resource Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and developing HR strategies aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate should be a people person, capable of driving a positive work culture and handling day-to-day HR operations independently. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment life cycle including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in compliance and company standards Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions effectively Coordinate and oversee payroll inputs and ensure timely processing with finance Manage performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities Maintain and manage employee records and HR databases Ensure smooth exit processes including full & final settlements and exit interviews Liaison with external agencies, consultants, and statutory authorities Qualifications: Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in core HR functions, with at least 2 years in a managerial role Strong understanding of compliance, and HR best practices Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Keka) Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Proactive, solution-oriented, and approachable personality
