Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategic HR plans.

- Manage the recruitment process including job posting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.

- Administer employee benefits, compensation programs, and payroll oversight.

- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address demands, grievances, and workplace issues.

- Support employee performance review processes and implement initiatives to boost retention and employee engagement.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.

- Forecast future staffing needs and plan succession.

- Develop and deliver employee training and development programs.

- Handle disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee relations.

- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.

- Collaborate with leadership on organizational development and culture initiatives.
