The firm specializes in delivering health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) solutions to life sciences clients across global markets, supporting evidence-based decision-making and strategic healthcare initiatives.

Role Overview

Human Resource Manager

As HR Manager, you will ensure HR strategies and practices effectively support organizational goals and drive a positive employee experience.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage full HR operations across the employee lifecycle (joining to exit).
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure strong HR process TAT.
  • Uphold HR SOPs, policies, and support ISO audit requirements for HR scope.
  • Lead recruitment: candidate sourcing, screening, coordination, and closure with hiring managers.
  • Ensure execution of the training calendar and employee development initiatives.
  • Support operational HR activities, systems, and process improvements.
  • Provide compliance insights and recommend HR process enhancements.
  • Support HR automation and digital HR initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field OR MBA with HR specialization.

Skills

  • Experience in consulting firms or high-growth organizations is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, documentation, ISO requirements, SOPs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and people management skills.
  • High discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
