Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus):

• Own the end-to-end hiring cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across functions.

• Develop innovative strategies to attract high-caliber candidates through creative sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals).

• Conduct structured interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and accurate documentation.

• Manage recruitment data, dashboards, and hiring SLAs.

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective job descriptions.

Employee Lifecycle Management & HR Operations:

• Oversee the entire employee journey: recruitment, onboarding, engagement, development, and exit.

• Design onboarding programs and skill enhancement initiatives to support employee growth.

• Handle employee engagement activities, policy implementation, and grievance resolution.

• Maintain HR documentation, compliance, and employee records.

• Support performance management cycles and core HR initiatives.

Culture, Strategy & Employer Branding:

• Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being through HR initiatives.

• Strengthen the organizations reputation as an employer of choice through impactful storytelling and branding.

• Align HR strategies with business goals, providing data-driven insights for decision making.

• Contribute to change management and continuity planning to ensure workforce readiness in critical roles.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience (media/entertainment/tech/startup experience preferred, but open to all).

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.

• Experience in employee lifecycle management and culture-building initiatives.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• A people-first mindset with an execution-oriented approach.
