As the Human Resources Manager for Institute of Technology in Bengaluru, Karnataka, you will be responsible for leading and managing HR operations. Your role will involve developing HR policies, overseeing recruitment, enhancing employee engagement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals to support institutional growth. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives in alignment with the institution's vision and goals. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for teaching and non-teaching staff, oversee employee onboarding and training programs, and maintain updated employee records to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies such as AICTE, VTU, and UGC. Additionally, you will handle performance management, appraisals, and employee grievance redressal, while ensuring adherence to labor laws, institutional policies, and HR best practices. To succeed in this role, you should possess a Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in the education sector. You should have a proven track record in HR management, recruitment, and employee relations, with a strong understanding of labor laws, HRMS systems, and statutory compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and HR software are essential for this position. Knowledge of education sector HR practices and experience working in a similar role will be advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, with a day shift schedule. You should be willing to commute or relocate to Bengaluru before starting work. A Master's degree is preferred, along with at least 1 year of professional experience. Proficiency in English is required, and familiarity with Bengaluru, Karnataka, is preferred.
