Job Title: Freelance Aptitude Trainer Location: Chennai, Salem, Coimbatore Job Type: Freelance / Part-time / Project-based Experience Required: 1–2 Years Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Freelance Aptitude Trainer to conduct engaging training sessions for students and job aspirants. The role requires a strong command of quantitative, logical reasoning, and verbal ability topics. Key Responsibilities: Deliver training on Quantitative Aptitude , Logical Reasoning , and Verbal Ability . Customize training content based on audience level (college students, job seekers, etc.). Conduct mock tests, group activities, and one-on-one mentoring sessions. Evaluate and track the performance of learners through assessments and feedback. Travel to campuses or training centers across Chennai, Salem, or Coimbatore (or conduct online sessions as needed). Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of aptitude topics like Time & Work, Speed & Distance, Percentages, Probability, Data Interpretation, Puzzles, etc. Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills. Prior experience in coaching for campus placement training, competitive exams (CAT, TANCET, Bank PO), or similar is preferred. Bachelor's degree (any stream); specialization in Math or Engineering is a plus.
