Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance on employment laws and regulations to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Analyze data from various sources (e.g., KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement in human resources management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve conflicts and address employee concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in human resource management or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets using tools like KPIs/KRAs.
