Roles and Responsibilities

Manage employee life cycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance appraisal, promotion, transfer, and separation.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company goals and objectives.
Provide guidance on employment laws and regulations to maintain a positive work environment.
Analyze data from various sources (e.g., KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement in human resources management.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve conflicts and address employee concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in human resource management or related field.
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
Ability to analyze complex data sets using tools like KPIs/KRAs.
