Responsibilities

You will be handling end-to-end HR operations, including:

Hiring & Recruitment

• Posting job descriptions
• Shortlisting & screening candidates
• Scheduling interviews
• Maintaining hiring trackers
• Coordinating with founders and team leads

HR Operations

• Onboarding documentation
• Attendance & leave tracking
• Employee records management
• Maintaining performance logs
• Handling basic payroll coordination
• Preparing offer letters & exit formalities

Employee Engagement

• Maintaining a positive work culture
• Small team activities
• Resolving employee concerns with empathy

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is:

• Female candidate with 3+ years of HR experience (must)
• Strong communication & people skills
• Comfortable with hiring + HR operations
• Good with Google Sheets / Excel /
• Organized, disciplined, and reliable
• Comfortable taking 15–20 HR calls per day
• Can carry own laptop

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
