Job Description

Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with applicants.
Maintain and update candidate databases and intern trackers to ensure accurate and timely HR records.
Support onboarding and orientation activities for new hires and interns, including coordinating welcome kits, policy explanations, and introductory sessions.
Help organize employee engagement initiatives such as weekly activities, team-building sessions, and surveys.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping, including contracts, offer letters, NDAs, and internship agreements.
Collaborate with various departments to address HR-related queries and provide administrative support where needed.
Assist in preparing weekly HR reports and performance summaries for review.
Stay updated with HR best practices, labor policies, and employee experience trends.

Qualifications and Skills :

Strong interest in Human Resources, organizational behavior, or business administration.
Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools (especially Sheets, Docs, and Slides).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus (internships, campus roles, etc.).
