Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development • Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media platforms, professional networks, and internal databases • Create and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs • Utilize Boolean search techniques and advanced search filters to identify qualified candidates • Build and manage candidate pools across different skill sets and experience levels • Engage in campus recruitment activities and professional networking events
Candidate Screening & Assessment • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates matching job requirements • Conduct initial telephonic/video screening interviews to assess candidate suitability • Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations • Maintain detailed screening notes and candidate assessments in the ATS • Shortlist candidates and prepare candidate profiles for client presentation Interview Coordination & Scheduling • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients • Send interview confirmations, calendar invites, and relevant documentation to all stakeholders • Prepare candidates for interviews by providing job details, company information, and interview tips • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers post-interview for feedback collection • Manage interview rescheduling and communicate changes promptly Candidate Engagement & Communication • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process • Provide timely updates on application status and next steps • Build positive candidate relationships to enhance candidate experience • Address candidate queries regarding job roles, company culture, and recruitment process • Send offer letters, rejection emails, and other recruitment correspondence Documentation & Database Management • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Create and update job postings on various job boards and career portals • Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and status updates • Organize and maintain recruitment documentation including resumes, assessments, and feedback forms • Ensure data privacy and confidentiality of candidate information Recruitment Support Activities • Assist in drafting job descriptions and candidate specifications • Support in conducting reference checks and background verification coordination • Participate in offer negotiation discussions and extend verbal/written offers • Assist with onboarding coordination for selected candidates • Contribute to recruitment strategy discussions and process improvement initiatives Market Research & Intelligence • Research industry salary benchmarks and compensation trends • Identify competitor hiring patterns and market talent availability • Stay updated on recruitment best practices and emerging sourcing techniques • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and conversion ratios
Required Qualifications Educational Background • Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA in HR/Personnel Management, BBA, or related field • Strong academic record with focus on Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management Skills & Competencies • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi/Telugu is a plus) • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly • Good understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition fundamentals • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Basic knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc. • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and time management abilities • Self-motivated with eagerness to learn and take initiative Preferred Qualifications • Prior internship or project experience in recruitment/HR (preferred but not mandatory) • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) • Understanding of various industries and job roles • Active presence on professional networking platforms (LinkedIn) • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations (basic understanding)
