HR Internship – Reborn Skin & Hair Clinic

Location: Pune, Baner(Work From Office Only)

Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Fixed Off)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Full Time)

Stipend: ₹8000-₹10,000 per month

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• End-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates

• Posting job openings on various portals and social media platforms

• Conducting telephonic interviews and scheduling further interview rounds

• Coordinating with department heads and maintaining candidate feedback

2. Onboarding & Documentation

• Managing onboarding formalities for new joiners

• Drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents

• Assisting in performance appraisals of new employees

• Maintaining and organizing employee documentation

• Sending HR-related communication and emails

3. Hiring Focus

• Recruitment for key roles within the healthcare sector such as:

• Content Writers

• SEO Executives

• Doctors & Therapists

• Patient Care Coordinators

• Accounts Executives
