Description

Join our client’s team as a Human Resource Intern. The Candidate will gain valuable hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process. Under the guidance of specialists, Candidates get knowledge in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates while contributing their innovative ideas to enhance our recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

Learn the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Gain insights into effective resume screening and interviewing techniques.
Acquire proficiency in maintaining accurate employee records and databases.
Get training on how to maintain the documentation.
Get to know and maintain a pipeline for potential candidates.
Get training in formal communication with candidates.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to a dynamic work environment.
Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team.
