Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation and reconciliation of offer letters for new employees, and ensure completion for pending existing employees offer letters.

Assist in end-to-end recruitment for retail positions Pan India (Sales Executives, Store Managers, Area Managers).

Assist in handling employee queries, grievances, and escalations at the store level.

Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including offer, BGV and experience letter issuance, and support a seamless joining experience.

Facilitate exit formalities including interviews for departing employees, providing process support and documentation collection as needed.

Administer HRMS tasks on KEKA, such as onboarding new joiners, updating exit dates, and maintaining attendance and leave records.

Collect, organize, and maintain employee documentation, ensuring all required files are accounted for and securely stored.

Maintain a candidate database to track interview stages and offer to drop out ratio.
