About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the

  creative, design, and content teams

  to deliver high-quality campaigns across digital, print, video, and social media.
• Own the

  brand identity and visual language

  to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with

  marketing, product, and leadership teams

  to conceptualize campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
• Develop

  creative strategies

  that align with business objectives and drive customer engagement.
• Oversee

  end-to-end execution

  of campaigns – from ideation, design, copy, and production to final delivery.
• Stay updated on

  trends in design, lifestyle, and consumer behavior

  to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining top-notch quality.
  
• Mentor, guide, and scale the creative team to build a strong in-house creative culture.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as

  Creative Head / Creative Director / Senior Art Director

  in a consumer brand or agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing

  brand campaigns, digital creatives, and content innovation

  .
• Expertise in

  branding, visual storytelling, design strategy, and content marketing

  .
• Excellent understanding of

  luxury/lifestyle positioning

  and how to connect with aspirational audiences.
• Proficiency with

  design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)

  and familiarity with video/content production.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  
• Ability to think strategically yet execute with creativity and attention to detail.
