Role Summary

Were hiring a Graphic Designer who is also a strong Video Editor with proven experience in creating marketing collaterals for brands. Youll design and edit high-performing creatives for social media, ads, and brand campaignsensuring a consistent, premium look across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities (Design)

  • Create marketing collaterals: social media posts, stories, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, standees, pitch decks, email creatives, WhatsApp creatives.
  • Design performance creatives for Meta/Google ads, including multiple variants for A/B testing.
  • Maintain brand consistency (typography, color systems, layouts, templates).
  • Create website/landing page visuals: icons, section banners, thumbnails, UI assets.
  • Prepare print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, proper export settings) and web-ready assets.

Key Responsibilities (Video Editing) —

Must Have

  • Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
  • Create engaging edits: cuts, transitions, captions/subtitles, motion text, sound sync, hooks, and CTAs.
  • Produce multiple ad variations quickly (different intros, lengths, formats, captions).
  • Basic motion design: animated titles, logo stings, simple animations, and story motion creatives.
  • Export videos in platform-specific formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) with correct compression settings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in creating marketing collaterals for brands/startups/agencies.
  • Video editing is mandatory with a portfolio showing reels/ads/shorts.
  • Proficiency in tools:
    • Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (InDesign preferred) / Figma / Canva (advanced)
    • Video: Adobe Premiere Pro (required) and/or Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
    • Motion (preferred): After Effects
  • Strong understanding of typography, layouts, brand systems, and creative storytelling.
  • Ability to work fast, take feedback, and deliver polished outputs.

Good to Have

  • Experience in travel, hospitality, wellness, or B2B industries.
  • Knowledge of ad creative best practices (hooks, retention, CTA design).
  • Familiarity with AI tools for creative productivity (Adobe Firefly, etc.).
  • Basic color grading and audio cleanup.

Deliverables You’ll Own

  • Weekly/monthly social + ads creative packs
  • Reels/shorts edits for campaigns and evergreen content
  • Ad variants for A/B testing (multiple hooks and formats)
  • Brand templates (editable formats) for internal use
  • Print collaterals when required
