Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design impactful visual assets for digital, mainline, and in-store marketingincluding performance creatives, outlet collaterals, web banners, email templates, and other marketing communication.
Create high-quality design solutions using tools such as
Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and Figma.
Understand brand tonality, language, and ensure its consistency across all touchpoints and platforms
Take ownership of the design process from concept to execution.
Collaborate with Social Media, Regional Marketing, Performance, Delivery and other cross-functional teams to understand project needs to craft design solutions that support business objectives.
Explore and experiment with new design techniques, tools, and AI tools for speed and efficiency
Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of design projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

6 years of proven graphic design experience within a design studio, agency, or in-house creative team.
Digital-first thinker and designer; Experience in Food & Beverages & Restaurant brands is a plus.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, and other relevant design tools and software.
Strong graphic design fundamentals, including layout, colors, typography, and illustration skills; with basic knowledge of UI/UX.
An eye for detail and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative spirit with openness to feedback and iteration.
