Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll support India Mart's HR team in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment strategies, full-cycle recruitment processes, and talent pipeline development across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drawing insights from existing TA roles at IndiaMART
  • Assist in

    job posting

    and advertising roles on platforms and social media.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requisition requirements.
  • Source candidates via job boards, social networks, and referrals.
  • Conduct

    initial screening calls

    analyze resumes, perform assessment calls, schedule key interviews.
  • Support scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate communication throughout the process.
  • Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate statuses.
  • Help with candidate

    onboarding coordination

    and documentation.
  • Maintain

    recruitment metrices'

    e.g., time-to-fill, candidate pipeline and prepare basic reports
  • Ensure a professional, consistent, and positive

    candidate experience

    at every touchpoint.
