We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our HR department. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and day-to-day HR operations. This is a great opportunity for a fresher to gain hands-on experience in human resources.
1. Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation.
3. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
4. Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
5. Support employee engagement activities and events.
6. Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
