About the Opportunity:

HR Executive Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
  
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  
• Support attendance, leave tracking, and payroll input coordination
  
• Help draft and implement HR policies and ensure compliance
  
• Organize employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  
• Participate in performance appraisal and review cycles
  
• Address employee queries and assist with grievance handling
  
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and HR best practices
  
• Assist in audits, documentation, and HR reporting
  
• Help coordinate training and development activities
  

Who Can Apply:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience
  
• Strong interest in HR operations and a desire to build a career in human resources
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); HR software experience is a plus
  
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
