HR Recruitment Intern 6 Months (NoBroker)

About the Role:

As a Recruitment Intern at NoBroker, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end hiring activities. This role offers hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing

• Source profiles through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Create and update talent pools for various roles.

2. Screening & Shortlisting

• Review resumes to match job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates based on criteria.
• Share shortlisted profiles with the hiring team.

3. Interview Coordination

• Schedule interviews between candidates and interviewers.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure smooth communication.
• Coordinate virtual or in-person interview rounds.

4. Recruitment Operations

• Maintain trackers for candidates, interview stages, and hiring status.
• Update applicant data in HR systems/Excel sheets.
• Support in documentation and offer coordination.

5. Follow-ups & Communication

• Handle candidate queries professionally.
• Ensure timely updates to candidates throughout the process.
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or completed a degree in HR or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets preferred.
