Job Title: HR Executive Plant HR, Compliance & Payroll Location: Raipur Rajasthan Manufacturing Unit Department: Human Resources Reporting to: Plant HR Manager / Corporate HR About Velnik India Limited Velnik India Limited is a rapidly growing FMCG company in the personal care and beauty sector, dedicated to quality, innovation, and sustainability. Our Raipur Manufacturing Unit plays a crucial role in ensuring product availability across India. Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Plant HR Team at the Raipur Unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete HR lifecycle at the plant, including administration, labour compliance, payroll, attendance, and workforce planning in alignment with production requirements. Key Responsibilities Plant HR & Administration Handle day-to-day HR operations at the plant, including documentation, personal files, notice boards, canteen, transportation, and facility management. Assist in grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and employee welfare initiatives. Support statutory display boards and compliance with labour postings. Compliance & Labour Laws Ensure 100% statutory compliance under the Factories Act, CLRA, ESI Act, PF Act, and other applicable labour laws. Maintain all statutory registers, liaise with government officials, and coordinate audits/inspections. Ensure timely filing of returns on Shram Suvidha Portal and other regulatory platforms. Payroll & Attendance Manage biometric attendance systems, validate daily attendance, and prepare attendance reports for payroll. Process payroll inputs including overtime, deductions, and shift allowances in coordination with the Payroll Team. Resolve discrepancies in attendance or wage payments promptly. Labour & Workforce Management Coordinate with contractors for managing daily manpower requirements as per production demand. Maintain contract labour records, strength verification, and ensure gate pass/ID issuance. Monitor absenteeism, shift allocations, and support production with manpower planning. Desired Candidate Profile Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Labour Laws, or related field or MSW or MBA or Any Graduation with HR Executive Experience in an Industrial setting. Experience: 2–5 years in Plant HR/Factory HR, preferably in Manufacturing setups Skills: Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance Experience in attendance & payroll processing Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS software Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Ability to work in high-pressure, dynamic production environments What We Offer Exposure to end-to-end Plant HR Operations A structured and compliance-driven HR environment Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company Supportive and performance-driven culture
