Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements. Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and finalize appointments. Initiate and support the employee engagement activities Facilitate smooth induction and orientation programs for new employees. Ensure completion of all pre-joining and joining formalities. Maintain onboarding documentation and employee records. Monitor and manage employee leave records and attendance data. Ensure timely updates in HRMS and address discrepancies. Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing. Serve as the point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution. Address concerns professionally while maintaining confidentiality. Ensure fair and timely redressal in line with company policy. Manage the exit process including notice period tracking, clearance, and exit interviews. Coordinate with other departments for smooth handover and full & final settlement. Maintain records and analyze exit trends for continuous improvement. Coordinate the annual and mid-year performance review cycles. Support managers and employees with goal setting and performance documentation. Analyze PMS data to identify trends and training needs.
