Customer Support Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and experience with CRM or ticket management tools. This role involves supporting clients, resolving tickets, implementing solutions, and ensuring compliance with legal and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and monitor assigned tasks effectively

• Resolve client tickets and manage ticket lifecycle

• Conduct and support client meetings and implementation processes

• Deliver training sessions and create documentation

• Gather and understand Change Requests (CRs) from clients

• Ensure adherence to legal compliance and internal processes

• Proficient in English communication (verbal and written)
