Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage payroll processing, including PF, Gratuity, ESI, LWF compliances.
Ensure timely submission of statutory returns (PF, ESIC) and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve employee grievances and ensure smooth industrial relations.
Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures for the organization.
Provide guidance on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-8 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in payroll management, compliance, and industrial relations.
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification preferred.
Strong understanding of PF, Gratuity, ESI, LWF regulations and their application in real estate industry.
Average Level Excel is must
