Job Description

Seeking a professional to manage operational quality and act as the primary client contact for service- and invoice-related matters. The role involves cross-functional coordination, SLA adherence, invoice management, and driving timely issue resolution across HR Shared Services.

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as the main client contact and handle escalations.
Oversee operational quality and ensure SLA/SOP compliance.
Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, HRBP, and Tech teams for smooth process execution.
Support system and process enhancements.
Manage vendor queries and ensure timely responses.
Investigate incidents and take action on invoice/payment issues.
Handle invoice creation, tracking, and follow-ups for timely closures.
Maintain working knowledge of Excel and basic HRSS accounts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in HRSS/Operations.
Strong client and escalation management skills.
Good understanding of invoicing and payment processes.
Proficient in Excel with basic accounts knowledge.
Detail-oriented and process-driven.
