Job Description

Seeking a professional to manage operational quality and act as the primary client contact for service- and invoice-related matters. The role involves cross-functional coordination, SLA adherence, invoice management, and driving timely issue resolution across HR Shared Services.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main client contact and handle escalations.
  • Oversee operational quality and ensure SLA/SOP compliance.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, HRBP, and Tech teams for smooth process execution.
  • Support system and process enhancements.
  • Manage vendor queries and ensure timely responses.
  • Investigate incidents and take action on invoice/payment issues.
  • Handle invoice creation, tracking, and follow-ups for timely closures.
  • Maintain working knowledge of Excel and basic HRSS accounts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in HRSS/Operations.
  • Strong client and escalation management skills.
  • Good understanding of invoicing and payment processes.
  • Proficient in Excel with basic accounts knowledge.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven.
