About the Role

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Build a strong candidate pipeline through portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview rounds with hiring managers.
Develop and maintain relationships with colleges/institutes for campus recruitment.
Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.

HR Generalist Activities

Support employee onboarding, induction, and training programs.
Maintain HR records, employee files, and update HRIS systems.
Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and employee engagement initiatives.
Provide first-level support for employee queries and grievances.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations within hospitality.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple roles and responsibilities with efficiency.
Organized, detail-oriented, and approachable.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
