As a Recruitment Specialist at our company, your role will involve screening applications, selecting qualified candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and assisting in conducting interviews with managers and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: - Screening applications and selecting qualified candidates. - Scheduling interviews and overseeing the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. - Assisting with the interview process by attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders. Qualifications required for this position include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. - Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders. The company is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join the team. This internship provides hands-on experience in various HR aspects alongside experienced professionals. The HR Intern will assist the HR team in day-to-day operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This role is suitable for students or recent graduates interested in starting a career in human resources. Qualifications for the HR Intern position include: - Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills. - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges. - Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR is a plus. - Ability to work independently and remotely. - Interest in tech recruitment and HR practices.
