Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver exceptional talent in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements from hiring managers and create compelling job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels including Naukri.com, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess skill, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate database regularly.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders on hiring progress.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally across IT domain .
• Hands-on expertise in sourcing through Naukri.com and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree business adminstration or realated feild .

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,823.23 - ₹18,000.00 per month
