Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews. Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters. Assist in resolving employee relations issues, including conflicts, complaints, and disciplinary actions, in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning. Assist in conducting performance reviews, providing feedback to managers and employees, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Assist in the development and implementation of training initiatives to support employee growth and development.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Assist in the administration of benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations. Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation, such as employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
Stay up to date on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. Assist in conducting audits and assessments to ensure HR practices are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end payroll processing cycle, including collecting and verifying timekeeping information (Attendance), calculating wages and deductions, and processing payroll transactions accurately and on time. Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements in all aspects of payroll processing. Review and audit payroll data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established procedures and standards.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures related to payroll processing. Assist with internal and external payroll audits, providing documentation and support as needed. Identify and address compliance issues, errors, and discrepancies in payroll processing.
