About Role : Male Relationship (Field) Officer / Senior Relationship (Senior Field) Officer Brief Profile Snapshot You will be responsible to drive distribution across DGV PAY & DGV Money engaging and extending our reach to Dairy Farmers through New Dairy Federations / Banking Partners. You will manage all aspects of the distribution and sales of financial products and services, including onboarding of New Milk Co-op Societies, FPOs in the Dairy, Private sector Dairy players, any point where Dairy Farmers congregate, playing an active role in activating these points and building payments & liability business through these points. Allied aspects like certifying and ensuring onboarded points reach their optimum potential through engagement of 100% Dairy Farmers. RO / SRO are responsible for all day-to-day field and operational aspects including loan appraisal and recovery; they are also responsible for documentation and record keeping of loans, customer service and compliance of rules, ROs are responsible for building a rapport with the Dairy community to attract business and assisting with customer relations.
