About Role: Accounts Executive (Finance) Brief Profile Snapshot: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MBA fresher to join our team as Accounts Executive. As part of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support our business objectives. Roles and responsibilities: ¢ ¢ Bookkeeping and generation of reports from tally Processing of / Generation of challans for direct and in direct taxes applicable to corporate Processing of payroll and allied compliances Generation of invoices and collection of payments Competencies: ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse complex financial data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey financial information to stakeholders at all levels. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial analysis and reporting. Teamwork: Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the achievement of common goals. Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify financial issues, develop solutions, and implement corrective measures. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs. Ethical Conduct: Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in financial matters.

Qualification: ¢ ¢ ¢ A recent MBA graduate with a concentration in finance or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling techniques. Knowledge of financial software. IDEAL Profile: ¢ Strong academic background with a demonstrated understanding of financial concepts and principles. ¢ ¢ ¢ Internship or project experience in finance or related areas is preferred. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Ambitious and driven individual with a passion for finance and a desire to grow within the organization. ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to solve complex financial issues. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
