About Role

Roles and responsibilities:

Identifying, sourcing & Onboarding prospective Dairy Cooperatives / FPOs in line with the Business Plan of the DGV.
Visiting / meeting / con-call at various hierarchy level to strategize and achieve business numbers at Milk Society level / District / Taluka Level. Lead Generation and Closures Enabling Capacity Building through Dairy Farmers Education thereby ensuring increased penetration of DGV Products through cross sell.
Assess and evaluate the client needs and generate new sources of revenue by leveraging cross sell opportunities as per their lifestyle, risk profiling and requirements.
Contribute to penetration of liabilities business in Rural markets through lead generations and account opening as per needs of customer.
Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business. Achieving the monthly sales targets, Cross-sell assets and fee products.
Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of the bank.
Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement. Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service.
Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity reports and calls/follow-ups made as per the defined process.

IDEAL Profile:

Minimum 10+ 2 or bachelors degree in any Stream (Preferred Commerce)
Microfinance industry to manage our field operations across multiple locations
Minimum 2 plus year experience in Microfinance sector / Dairy Ecosystem as Field Officer
