• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements • Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking • Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess candidate fit • Coordinate interview schedules and feedback loops with internal teams • Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive experience throughout • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Support offer negotiation and onboarding coordination • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment regulations
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and departments. • Should be able to communicate, both internally and externally to effectively manage his/her roles and responsibilities. • Problem solving and critical thinking abilities, demonstrated analytical skills with high attention to detail. • Proven time management proficiency to handle multiple projects concurrently.
