About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized HR Executive to join our team in Mansarovar, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee management.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviewsConduct employee onboarding and induction processesMaintain accurate employee records and documentationMonitor attendance and leave management systemsHandle employee queries and support overall employee engagementEnsure smooth day-to-day HR operations and compliance with policies

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field1–2 years of relevant experience in HR operations preferredGood communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in MS Office and HR software/toolsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
