HR Executive

Role Overview

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance practices.
Coordinate payroll, leave, and attendance management.
Support employee engagement initiatives, team events, and culture-building activities.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Work closely with management to align HR practices with business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of HR experience (startup or fashion industry experience a plus).
Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee relations).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
