As an early member of our design department, you will play a key role in shaping our brand identity and future collections. Youll work closely with the founders and creative team to design innovative, trend-forward pieces that align with our vision and values. Key Responsibilities Develop original clothing designs, from concept sketches to final samples. Research fashion trends, fabrics, and materials to inspire collections. Create technical drawings, mood boards, and design presentations. Collaborate with pattern makers, sample makers, and production partners. Ensure designs are aligned with brand aesthetics, customer needs, and seasonal direction. Work within timelines to deliver seasonal collections. Create techpacks Qualifications Degree in Fashion Design or equivalent experience. Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical skills. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD, etc.). Understanding of garment construction, textiles, and fashion trends. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Passion for boutique fashion, sustainability, and brand storytelling.
