Human Resource Executive

As an HR Executive at our company, you will be a proactive, organized, and people-friendly individual playing a key role in various HR functions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal job roles including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. - Handle onboarding formalities such as documentation, induction, and system setup. - Maintain HR records, attendance, and employee compliance data. - Provide HR support during US shift operations by coordinating, following up, and handling workforce. - Assist in employee engagement activities and grievance handling. - Coordinate with teams and management to ensure smooth HR functioning. - Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times. Requirements: - Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a MUST. - Comfortable working in US Shift Support (Night Shift IST). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good organizational and time-management abilities. - Basic knowledge of HR processes, MS Office, and documentation (preferred). - Freshers with strong communication and a learning mindset are encouraged to apply. - Prior experience in HR/recruitment/BPO HR is a plus.
