Job Description

We are looking for an HR Executive/HR Manager to handle recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and overall HR operations for our growing fashion retail brand.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for store and backend staff

Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation

Design HR policies, attendance tracking & compliance

Coordinate payroll, leave management, and onboarding

Plan training sessions & maintain a positive work culture

Resolve employee queries and grievances professionally

Conduct performance reviews and maintain discipline

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of HR operations & statutory compliance

Experience in retail HR (preferred)

Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality

Experience Required

1–4 years in HR (Retail sector preferred)
