Role & responsibilities : We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our team, responsible for key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and operations. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Selected candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include: Assisting in the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and reference checks Coordinating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience Acting as a point of contact for employee queries and issues, providing guidance and support Facilitating conflict resolution and maintaining a positive work environment Supporting the performance appraisal process, including tracking employee progress and assisting in the preparation of performance reviews Working with managers to develop performance improvement plans when necessary Identifying training needs and coordinating training programs for employees Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases Preparing and managing HR documents, such as employment contracts and recruitment guides Ensuring compliance with local labour laws and company policies Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Overseeing payroll processing and ensuring accuracy and timeliness Managing employee benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits Handling employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and clearance procedures Coordinating employee engagement activities and initiatives Supporting the HR Manager in various HR projects and initiatives as required. Preferred candidate profile : Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline. Experience with HR software and HRIS systems is preferred Proficiency in English language both written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of labor laws and regulations High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
