Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment for frontline roles .
Handle
bulk hiring drives
to meet aggressive business requirements within defined TAT.
Source candidates through multiple channels job portals (Naukri, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, and local networks.
Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage candidate pipeline and ensure smooth onboarding experience.
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports for weekly and monthly hiring performance.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a strong talent pool.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
Support employer branding initiatives through referral programs and local engagement drives.

Requirements:

Graduate / Postgraduate with 2–4 years of relevant recruitment experience.
Prior experience in
bulk hiring / frontline hiring
is a must.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
